Managing Your Funds in a Foundation Account

 
Below are links to necessary Foundation Account Forms
 
  • A Foundation Account Application
  • An Expenditure Request* form, 
  • A Receipt of Funds form.
  • A Receipt of Cash form
The forms must be filled out with the correct account number, and include the Account Authority's name and signature.
The *Expenditure Request form must include a receipt or invoice. 
In order to expedite your transactions more quickly, your completed forms can be scanned and emailed to foundation@frc.edu, deposited in the Foundation mailbox, or delivered directly to the Breaux Group at 2056 E Main St, Quincy, CA 95971.
