- Anyone 18 years of age or older;
- Anyone under 18 years of age who:
- Has graduated from high school, or has passed the California High School proficiency test.
- Is a high school junior or senior and has the approval of their school principal, parent, Â鶹¹ÙÍø academic advisor and Â鶹¹ÙÍø Registrar.
