Â鶹¹ÙÍø upgraded the current MyÂ鶹¹ÙÍø and Banner system to a modern more user-friendly platform called "Experience". Students and staff will notice we still refer to this as MyÂ鶹¹ÙÍø though, and all functionality that was once available in MyÂ鶹¹ÙÍø is still available through Experience.

Â鶹¹ÙÍø students and staff can expect a more smoother, more streamlined experience through MyÂ鶹¹ÙÍø. This includes easier access to valuable technology resources and a customizable homepage. This recent upgrade features a more modern look and feel, while maintaining the same technological functionality as before. 

Same as your Â鶹¹ÙÍø network, user email, and network credentials that you used prior. You will not need to reset your password unless you forgot it when trying to login to the new Experience platform. 

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a way to check that you, and only you, obtain access to your account. Once enabled, you will receive a request for more information when you sign-in. You can elect to receive a text, phone call, or utilize a  It is important to keep your details up to date, for example, if you change your phone number. 

Staff and faculty should already have this set up through the Duo Mobile app, which was required to help enhance digital security. Students are the only ones at this time that should need to set up their MFA.

Besides the new modern layout, the homepage tiles are all customizable to each user's needs. The most recognizable new feature will be the multi-factor authentication (MFA) required at sign in that will allow students to use a single login to access MyÂ鶹¹ÙÍø, email, and our Â鶹¹ÙÍø network. This new Experience platform is also very mobile responsive, creating a more user-friendly experience for those utilizing mobile devices to access.

We recommend using either Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome for web browsers when accessing MyÂ鶹¹ÙÍø. Edge is supported by the same company (Microsoft) that supports all other Â鶹¹ÙÍø web based tools (email, OneDrive, etc.), so this would be the preferred browser to use. Edge also saves your login information safely and securely so you do not have to re-login every time you access it.

Google Chrome is a valid second option for accessing MyÂ鶹¹ÙÍø, but you will need to re-enter login credentials on Chrome every time you attempt to login, unless you modify your Chrome web permissions.

In conclusion, Microsoft Edge will offer a more streamlined experience for both staff and students accessing MyÂ鶹¹ÙÍø, with Google Chrome being a close second. We do not recommend anyone using any other web browser for accessing MyÂ鶹¹ÙÍø (i.e. – FireFox, Safari, Opera, etc.).
