Student Environmental Association
If you wonder who is responsible for the new water bottle filling stations on campus, or the bear-proof trash and recycling containers, or Earth Week festivities including trash pick-up contests, or Ugly Sweater Day - wonder no longer? The Student Environmental Association (SEA) is an active club on campus that welcomes anyone who wants to get involved. SEA raises funds by selling firewood and lumber from trees that fall or are thinned at Â鶹¹ÙÍø to make it a more fire-safe campus. In spring 2014, SEA was honored with the Student Community Sustainability Award for Plumas County.
