Getting Started with Online Courses
This checklist outlines the steps you should complete before starting an online course at Â鶹¹ÙÍø. Once you are able to check off all items, you are ready to begin.
Get Ready
- Research whether online courses are a good fit for your learning style and schedule.
Get Set
- Apply and get admitted to Â鶹¹ÙÍø.
- Meet with an Â鶹¹ÙÍø advisor to select your course(s).
- Confirm that you meet the technical requirements for your selected course(s).
- Log in to MyÂ鶹¹ÙÍø and enroll in your course(s).
- Submit your preferred email address in MyÂ鶹¹ÙÍø.

- Your instructor will provide instructions for getting started. You may also contact your instructor directly via email. Instructor information is available in the course schedule or the campus directory.
Tip: Check your Â鶹¹ÙÍø email regularly before the semester begins. Most instructors will send important course information during the week prior to the start of classes.
